Benefits of Membership 

Join our vibrant community of nature enthusiasts on Salt Spring Island, and embark on a journey of discovery into the captivating world of Salt Spring's marine and terrestrial ecosystems. As a member, you will:

• Be invited to participate in an exciting range of in-person and online events and presentations, hands-on explorations, and stewardship and community science research projects

• Receive regular email updates about upcoming Nature Salt Spring events, nature news and resources

• Automatically become a member of BC Nature (a federation of 56 BC-wide local nature clubs). As a BC Nature member, you may attend conferences and field camps in communities throughout BC and will receive a subscription to BC Nature magazine and monthly updates through Nature’s Voice eNews. You will also be entitled to periodically attend presentations offered by other BC Nature member clubs. 

• Have access to a growing library of resources, including online videos, book reviews, and op-eds, as well as links to affiliated organizations.

• If you are joining Nature Salt Spring as a Family with children under 13 years old, your family is also eligible for membership in NatureKids BC.
